The Debate

We watched from the Square. That's almost like being at the Debate, right?

Mitchell and Sanders are practicing their campaign smiles.

Despite the late hour, Sanders watched most of the debate.

Bath Time

Sanders had his last bath in the plastic infant tub recently. Poor boy has been longer than the tub for some time... We now have a new larger deeper one that he loves. Plus he gets to sit up -- which is one of his new skills.
He won't be graduating from the hooded towels any time soon, though.

Hotty Toddy!

Sanders has made the trek to the Grove several times now. I think if the Rebels won more consistently he wouldn't mind going every time... But he does enjoy a good tailgate.

First Overnight

Sanders stayed with Aunt Mel and Uncle Rodney during the Ole Miss / Sanford game. I think we had a harder time than he did. (Yes we still got up in the middle of the night-- even though he wasn't there...)

He appeared to sleep fine....

Braylee and Brianna gave him plenty of one-on-one attention...

And everything Uncle Rodney does is funny.

Growing Up Fast

"Who, me?"

Always smiling. Well almost always....

These seats should come in big boy sizes...

Forever and a day

So it's been 6 weeks since we've had a post. There isn't an excuse, I know... Does it count that we've been busy? Probably not. Our little man is just growing and growing. At a few ounces over 23 pounds he's getting to be down right full. He's really in to eating baby food -- sweet peas and applesauce are high on the "yum" list, while the poor sweet potato falls squarely at the bottom. I have a feeling that it won't be long until he's sitting up by himself. He's certainly perfected the rolling over thing. The problem is that he can't roll BACK over. So he ends up fussing. Or maybe that's just his trick to get us to pay more attention to him. It works, of course.

Sweet Potatoes are better on the lips than in the mouth.

These PJs are supposed to be long leg, but they sort of work more like coolots..

No, that's not ring around the collar --- it's slobber. We keep thinking a tooth is going to pop out. But it hasn't happened yet...

Why do we have cats?

Sanders enjoyed visiting with the Solomons and Wolffs on the first home ballgame weekend. (Maybe there will be some Grove pics if we can get our smashed camera fixed...) The girls aside, Julep was the highlight.

Can you ride this thing?

So much hair and so little time to pull it...

Tastes better than sweet potatoes.
