All Smiles

There is nothing like a smile to make you forget about fussy nights and dirty diapers. We're starting to see more and more of these...and even catching a few with the camera.

Double Decker

Sanders had a big day at the Double Decker Festival. Fortunately for us, he was very well behaved for hours.
Jill, Tiffany and Bart came to share in the fun.

He even made an appearance at Proud Larry's for some Mediterranean pizza and a cold one. (His, of course, of the cow variety...)

Tiffany and Bart between bites.

Sanders also had a visit from Henry and Stephen.

All Fixed Up

It's a good thing he has no idea that his Mommy keeps "doing his hair". But it is cute, though...

First Day to Church

We finally braved the odds and took Sanders to Church. He looked and acted like an angel.

Going to the Chapel

Jake and Candice were married on April 12th. Sanders made the weekend trip to Carrollton, but not the ceremony. Thanks to Mattie for watching him. The wedding was beautiful, and everyone had a great time -- especially dancing at the reception. We're obviously not afraid to bust a few moves.
Sanders did get to dress up for a few pictures.

I need to get a few better pictures... I don't have a clear one of the bride and groom.

Mommy and Me

Today Sanders is 1 month old, so we introduced him to one of our favorite pastimes.... sitting on the front porch.

Carmen is always singing him a song.

Happy Birthday Braden

Sanders was excited to finally meet his cousins Braden and Kyle.

It was Braden's 3rd birthday.

Henry was on hand to help bust that pinata wide open!

Tia

Take me out to the ball game.

Sanders made his debut appearance at Swayze Field. He won't remember it because he slept the whole time, but we have the pictures to prove it to him one day.

Complete with Rebel attire...

I know we're biased as parents... but isn't that about the cutest thing around?

Cousin Braden

Not only do the Driskells set up a good spread, but they're pretty good at helping out with the Little Man, too.

Little Man

It's hard to believe our little man is over three weeks old. We think he's probably topped 10 pounds. He's certainly filled out. He's started to look around and follow us. There has even been the hint of a smile here and there. He's also learned that we'll pick him up every time he cries. They say you can't spoil a newborn --- I guess we're putting that to the test!
