Hospital Stay

In the latter part of the summer, I spent many weeks where I had problems with my leg culminating in surgery at Methodist Lebonheur in Memphis. Mommy and Daddy were worried but I was a trooper and continued playing the whole time.

I was blessed with an outpouring of love and had several visitors including a couple of my aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A marching band even came by my room one day! Lebonheur is a wonderful place filled with special children that were not as fortunate as me. I was back on my feet in a matter of days and went home where my grandmami and granpapi were waiting. I recovered quickly and will never forget my experience.

Lakeside for Mommy's Birthday

Mommy's birthday was spent lakeside for a few days camping. Not exactly what you would call "roughing it" and we had a blast. Daddy and I took turns driving the boat. What a PERFECT way to spend time with the gang. [I am missing pics here but will insert some at a later date]

Memorial Day 2010

Our Florida vacation this year included our great friends the Edmondsons. Lucky for us, Charles was more than happy to swim with Sanders the entire time. Here are pics of the inseparable pair swimming, taking sippy cup breaks, and hanging out.

Macey also enjoyed pool time with the boys.

Sweet Mason made a great addition and loved
the water as much as big brother Charles!

Sanders swimming in the ocean all by himself!

Stay tuned for more pics...

Hotty Toddy Birthday Party

This year my birthday was celebrated with a sports theme in the Grove at Ole Miss. We totally lucked out and had a chilly but sunny Saturday morning. No birthday is complete without the best tailgating set-up, most of my family and all of my close friends!

Let's Play Ball!!!

Walsh's first birthday party!

Going for a spin on my new Schwinn!

Four generations of my family made it for my special day.
Here's my great grandmother and my great aunt.

Its hard to believe but this is only some of my cousins.
We missed you Davis, Lauren, and Conner.

One final bye kiss to my sweetie Julianna.

SNOW DAY!!!

Rumor has it I haven't since snow like this since the day I was born.

I can barely move in my snow suit.

Let's go back inside Mommy.

Big Boy Ride

Over Christmas break, Mommy FINALLY decided I was big enough to ride with Braden on his John Deere. Bye Mommy...

Come on Grandpapi

Three laps later we approach home base.

Mommy, I had the time of my life! I miss you Braden.

Our First Sleepover

We started the new decade with trivia play and a sleepover. After tuckering out early, we decided Charles needed to stay put in Sanders' new doggy blanket. Although there had been talk of Charles waking with the roosters, he slept like a perfect angel well into the morning.

Charles "taking a nap" and enjoying sweet dreams.

The boys were so surprised to find they had the whole morning to spend together. Here's some cozy time with the Wonder Pets.

The boys taking a quick break from playing for some yummy pancakes.

Charles is welcomed anytime!
